POLICIES

  • MEDICAL TREATMENT
Parents are hereby release and agree to hold harmless TPS Summer Camp and designated leaders from all liability for damage, illness or injury. In case of emergency, I give permission to have my child transported to the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital, and the medical staff has my authorization to provide medical treatment to my child.
  • LIABILITY RELEASE​​​
Every activity sponsored by TPS Summer Camp is carefully planned and adequately supervised by adults. However, even with the best of planning and precaution, unforeseen events can occur. the parent or guardian agrees to assume and accept all risks and hazards inherent in transportation to from the planned activity and in any possible physical injuries that may be sustained as a result of participating in any activity on or off school property. They also agree not to hold this camp or its employees or volunteer assistants liable or damages, loses, or injuries to the person or property undersigned. 
  • PHOTO CONSENT
Registering my child in the TPS Summer Camp implies consent to take photographs and videotaping that include my child for newsletters and promotional media. Children will not be identified by name in photo captions.
  • ILLNESS POLICY
Please keep our child at home or expect to pick up your child child from camp for the following conditions: fever (100 Fahrenheit or more), headache, vomiting, diarrhea, severe itching, pain, sore throat, infected skin or eyes or undiagnosed rash, difficulty in breathing, persistent cough, green mucus. â€‹
  • MISBEHAVIOR POLICY
The camp will contact our to pick up your child when your child engages in behavior that is disruptive to the orderly operations of the camp. â€‹
  • PICK UP RESTRICTION
Field trips are optional and are an additional cost (not included in camp tuition). All fees and consent forms must be turned in prior to the field trip. there will be no childcare for students not attending a field trip. â€‹
